Mathieu Massa, head of Massa Investment Group LLC, is a leading entrepreneur in real estate development and hospitality since moving to Miami in 2007. His firm, known for transforming opportunities into valuable assets, specializes in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Post-2008, he capitalized on economic downturns to acquire and reposition distressed properties, notably selling a luxury Miami Beach residence for a record $32 million in 2023.

He also founded Mr. Hospitality, which has redefined dining and nightlife with high-energy venues like Queen Miami Beach, Marion Miami, Lafayette Steakhouse, and El Tucán, attracting an elite global audience. Additionally, he directs Massa Construction Group, contributing significantly to Miami’s architectural development and setting new luxury standards.
